The Ministry of Finance (MOF) has hinted that its working relationship with American-based KRL International LLC is transparent and consistent with public procurement act (PPA). According to the Ministry, its attention has been made aware of a recent article published anonymously on August 10 on the website Open Source Investigations (OSI) and carried on other local electronic and print media. According to him, for centuries, the realities have been that when it comes to getting value for the world that Africa own and produces, the NPP government and people gets far less than what it deserves.
