AYAWASO NORTH: "Don't Capitalise On Prez. Akufo-Addo's Year of Road To Claim Glory" - MP Warned
Some angry youths of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) have warned the Member of Parliament (MP) for the Ayawaso North Constituency, Yussif Jajah not capitalise on President Akufo-Addo's year of roads agenda to claim glory for himself.
According to them, the sitting MP is clueless and since his assumption into office has done nothing significant in the constituency.
In an exclusive interview with Thinknewsonline.com, the Constituency Organiser, Eliasu Abubakar said "We are here to set the records between the NDC and NPP. The sitting MP is capitalising on President Akufo-Addo's year of roads agenda to claim glory for himself"
He further lambasted the MP saying he has no vision for the Constituency and its people.
The furious Eliasu also hinted that since the constituency is the strong hold of the NDC, the sitting MP wants to use all means possible to glorify his lazy self.
"Since he was voted into office, even the road that leads to his family house has not seen any development talk of face-lift"
The Constituency Organiser cautioned the MP not throw dust into the eyes of the people adding that posterity will judge all.
"He should draw closer to us so we all share ideas for the betterment of Ayawaso North Constituency. I was born and bred here and aside President Rawlings, Nana Akufo-Addo is the next President who has thought of the well-being of his people to fix their roads"
He was confident if all hands come on deck, the Ayawaso North Constituency will be one of the best in the country.
