Some of the areas include; Teacher Education, Licensure Teacher Recruitment, Deployment and Promotions. We will ensure, all 21st Century Teachers are well tooled so that they will inspire our children to meet the challenges and opportunities the global community offers"
He added that per his supervision and monitoring of the West African Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (WASSCE) in some schools in Accra, most teachers were happy about the PPEs provided by government as part of measures of ensuring that the spread of the virus is reduced.
The Deputy PRO further revealed that the Education Ministry has GNAT and other Teacher Unions at heart adding that without a teacher, there will be no better education.
"It is for this reason that we have sort to engage teacher unions in rolling out new reforms. We have had our disagreements over several issues but the most important thing is to remain engaged and settle on what is needed for the betterment of education delivery in the country" he said.
