Former Musician and Social Media Influencer, Kwame Asare Obeng known in the showbiz industry as A-Plus has backed the flagbearer for the largest opposition party, National Democratic Congress (NDC) John Mahama saying, legalising the 'Okada' business will create employment for the youth and help ease traffic in the nation's capital.
According to A-Plus, since the 'okada' business is already in existence, it only needs laws to make it a genuine business
In an interview with an Accra-based online portal A-Pus said "I don't want to go hard on this. Legalising the 'okada' is a good move. If 'wee' has a certain percentage being legalised medically, same can be done for ''Okada'. We only need time and a good legislature to back its approval"
He added the 'okada' when introduced will save some roads users from staying in traffic for longer hours before reaching their destinations.
