A 'mad man' named William Nkrumah has taken upon himself to remove waste from choked gutters in the nation's capital as part of measures of ensuring Accra becomes the cleanest city in Africa.

In a video sighted by ThinkNews Online, William said "I am support cleaning. When we clean, we do it for ourselves. If we leave it like this, it will be something which will worry us"

Although weird, William says he is bent on continuing his cleaning agenda.

It will be recalled that President Akufo-Addo and Minister of Sanitation and Water Resources, Cecelia Abena Dapaah called on Ghanaians to support the NPP government in ensuring that Accra becomes the cleanest city.

The Minister of Sanitation and Water Resources charged Ghanaians to ensure that they keep their environment and community clean.
