19-year-old Ugandan, Hillary Humphrey Kaweesa has picked up nomination forms to contest for presidency in the upcoming general elections.
According to him, he has always been a leader adding he is qualified to lead his country.
He said "I will solicit for 20 Million Ugandan shillings ($5,400;£4,100) to pay my nomination fees"
Young Kaweesa is also required to collect 100 signatures in every district for his nomination.
The constitution also allows any Ugandan citizen who is above 18 years to contest for the presidency.
The young man joins legislator Robert Kyagulanyi – popularly known as Bobi Wine – and former army general Henry Tumukunde who have declared interest to run against the incumbent President Yoweri Museveni.
