It will be recalled that Energy Minister-designate, Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh while taking his turn at the Vetting in Parliament last week, rendered an unqualified apology to Former President Mahama and Prof. Jane Naana Opoku Agyemang certain comments he made while in office as Minister for Education.
