The trio – goalkeeper Ibrahim Danland, right-back Philemon Baffour and Fatawu Isshaku, an attacking midfielder, have been rewarded with senior national team call-up after excelling at the U-20 Afcon in Mauritania.

They were to key Black Satellites winning the tournament for the fourth time.

Isshaku was adjudged as the tournament’s most valuable player, Donald won the best goalkeeper award and Baffuor was rock solid.

The three players will team up with the rest of the squad on Tuesday, March 16, to continue preparation for the two remaining Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.

Ghana will take on South Africa on March 25 before hosting Sao Tome and Principe four days later.
