The host of Good Evening Ghana, Paul Adom-Otchere has slammed critics of Minister for Fisheries and Aquaculture, Hawa Koomson saying, they are blockheaded people who don’t know anything.
According to him, Madam Hawa Koomson did well at the ministerial vetting adding, criticizing her was not the right thing to do.
In a video sighted by ThinkNews Online, Mr. Adom-Otchere said “Is it about English? Did she go to Achimota School with you…… We have to understand that life is about opportunities and people get opportunities .... Those of you that sit on social media finish university that you don’t know anything in your head...they are blockheaded people who don’t know anything,”
He added that he is disappointed in the youths who took to social media to a mockery of the Minister-designate.
"Most of her critics were hypocrites and have judged her wrongly" he fumed.
It will be recalled that Madam Hawa Koomson appeared before the Appointment Committee in Parliament to be vetted for her new office.
At the vetting, she was asked a question about fish farming and its advantages of which some social media user says her reason lacked lots of flesh.
The Minister-designate who has been a Teacher for 21-years was at a point caught off guard as she fumed and found it difficult to add some sentences.
However, some social media users took to their handles, trolled, made a mockery, and called for her sack saying, she heading the ministry will spell doom for the nation.
