Shattawale Arrested

The Ghana Police Service has announced via Twitter that it has arrested the President of the Shatta Movement, Charles Nii Armah Mensah known in showbiz as Shattawale.

It will be recalled that news broke of the Artiste being shot by gunmen at East Legon a community in Accra few days ago.

However, it emerged that the said news was fake.

The sad but fake news generated lots of mixed reactions on social media.

The Ghana Police Service has also confirmed that it has arrested two in connection to the spreading of fake information about the alleged shooting of Shattawale.
