The Anlo Traditional Council says it is expressing its strongest total outrage of disrespect shown to the culture, tradition among others following a press statement announcing the burial date of the Late Former President Jerry John Rawlings.
According to the Awadada of Anlo State, the late Ex. President Rawlings was not only ahead of state but a properly installed chief of Anglo land whose unfortunate demise must follow the dew process.
In a statement sighted by ThinkNews Online, it said "The Anlo Traditional Council wishes to express in its strongest possible terms its total outrage for the disrespect shown to the culture, traditions, mores, and usages of our practices in the release of the so-called press statement"
The Awadada of Anlo State further revealed it reserves the right to take steps to ensure that such errors are not remedied appropriately.
