The Member of Parliament (MP) for Tamale North Constituency, Northern Region, Alhassan Suhuyini has described the appointees of President Akufo-Addo at the office of the Electoral Commission (EC) as a mess.
According to him, he is saddened over how the appointees are deleting names of people who suffered to register and assigning registered males as females.
He said "I look at the infiltration of all security agencies and the courts with party thugs or agents and the shut down of critical media or the frustration some are subjected to and I worry about the future"
"Nana Addo took the whole nation to Tain in 2008 and to the Supreme Court in 2012 when he didn’t have the reigns of power" he added.
The Tamale North MP says he is wondering what President Akufo-Addo will do if he loses his Presidency in the upcoming December polls.
The MP says he is therefore challenging President Akufo-Addo to hand over peacefully like Former President John Mahama and the NDC did in 2016 should he lose the 2020 general elections.
He said "God bless our homeland Ghana and make us brave (great) and strong....#Possible_Together"
