"Our Current Dumsor Is About Money Not Technical Issues" - Dr. Kwabena Donkor

Former Power Minister, Dr. Kwabena Donkor has revealed that the current dumsor challenges hitting the country is about money and not technical issues.

In an interview monitored by ThinkNews Online, he said "If the GRIDCo CEO says money is not an issue then he is being very economical with the truth"

He added that it is unfortunate the country is continuously driven by populism aligned to electoral cycles.

"Unfortunately, as a country we are continuously driven by populism aligned to electoral cycles rather than looking at things in sustainable national interests" he added.

It will be recalled that the country for some few days have been hit with some frequent power outages.

The power outages has left Ghanaians wondering whether the days of dumsor are back or not.
