News coming in indicates that Chinese National, Aisha Huang has been sentenced to 4 years and 6 months in prison.
This comes after it emerged that Aisha Huang was engaging in illegal small-scale mining popularly known as 'galamsey' in Ghana.
It emerged that she was operating in the county without licence.
She was further slapped with a fine of GHc48,000.
