Wife of the Member of Parliament (MP) for Juaboso Constituency in the Western Region, Mintah Akandoh has threatened to sue the Member of Parliament (MP) for Ablekuma West Constituency, Ursula Owusu for sexually harassing her husband in Parliament.
According to Mintah Akandoh, his wife is disappointed in Ursula Owusu for sitting on the lap of her husband.
In an interview with an Accra-based radio station, the MP said "My wife has expressed interest in the case and says she will sue Ursula for sexual harassment"
Explaining the incident, Mintah Ankandoh said "We entered Parliament and sat to the right of the Speaker and the NPP took to the left but Ursula chose to sit with us. She sat on Hon. Cletus Avorkah's seat. We asked her to get up and she refused. She later got up and I took over the seat. She came back and instead of asking me to get up, she said nothing and sat on my lap"
The Juaboso MP further hinted that he is disappointed in the actions of Ursula Owusu.
He also slammed the media for their false reportage.
