The Member of Parliament (MP), Edwin Nii Lante Vandepuye has hinted that he is willing to offer the hand of his 3rd daughter in marriage to Musician Kofi Kinaata if he is ready to marry.
According to him, he admires the young man's craft adding that his songs are second to none.

Speaking in an Accra-based television station, the MP said "From October 2020, I have
“Since October 2020, it has been Kofi Kinaata. Behind the scene, Aww, I love this boy. In fact I have told him that if he wants to marry, I am ready to offer my third girl to him because of this song. I like his Takoradi Fante. My wife is from Takoradi so there is more Takoradi thing in me”
The Legislator also added that good music is not all about the Artiste but the song.
He said “In fact, it is not about Artiste per say, is the song. At every point in time, a song that catches up too well with the people may not be the song, I like. I like my own type of song”
“At a point in time, I like Kwabena Kwabena, I also developed an interest in Daddy Lumba, Ofori Amponsah, sometime back, it was Kwesi Ampofo Adjei, I like Amakye Dede. I have always like one Artist or the other, but some for some few months back, Bhim. I used to be Shattawale (SM) fan but Bhim came in so strongly” he noted.
