First Vice Chairperson for the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Sherry Hanni Ayitey says the Assin North Parliamentary Aspirant, Gyakye Quayson will not go to prison as speculated.
She made these remarks while speaking on an Accra-based radio station.
Madam Ayitey said "The NPP has disturbed Gyakye Quayson for over 2years. He won't go to prison but all those who have stolen our money"
She added that John Mahama when elected President will line up members of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) who were engaged in corruption and place them behind bars.
"John Mahama is coming, and we will line up and send them to prison"
"We will take our money"
It will be recalled that there has been lots of issues surrounding Mr. Quayson intentions to contest for the Member of Parliament (MP) for Assin North.
There has been calls for his arrest and also imprisonment.
