Ghanaian Journalist, Bridget Otoo Mocks Sonnie Badu Amid PhD Scandal

Popular Ghanaian journalist, Bridget Otoo has joined the increasing list of Ghanaians trolling Gospel evangelist Sonnie Badu over alleged academic fraud.

Recall a Twitter user on Monday, called the celebrated gospel artiste out for parading certificates without the wherewithal to prove them.

Otoo has, however, weighed in with a claim that Badu had always been a fraud. In another mocking tweet, she adopted Twitter’s Pull Him Down (PhD) acronym which has been used to address Badu’s PhD status.

She tweeted: “Please call me ‘Dr. Bridget Otoo PHD’ I had the Holy Spirit visit and conferred on me. I cannot for the life of me disobey such favour from the ‘headquarters of divinity’ Thank You If you don’t obey God, my lawyers would write to you.”

The tweet was also a mockery of Badu’s tweet about having legal counsel take up the defamatory comments he recently received.
