President of the Ghana Football Association, Kurt Okraku has denied reports that Otto Addo has extended his contract as Black Stars head coach.
There were media reports that the GFA have met the Dortmund trainer/scout and extended his contract until December 2022. Kurt on his Facebook page wrote; “I woke up this morning to many stories on Coach Otto Addo..Truth: Ghana has not met with his employers yet. Steps are being taken to that effect and we will keep everybody informed on progress made.Getting our technical team in place for upcoming assignments is high on the agenda of our football association” Interim coach of the Black Stars of Ghana Otto Addo has indicated that he will love to be at post when Ghana makes an appearance at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
Otto Addo was brought in for Ghana’s World Cup qualifier against Nigeria and saw the team book a place.
