The funeral of the late Nana Konadu Agyeman-Rawlings, former First Lady of Ghana, will be open to the general public, her family announced on Tuesday.

She will be laid to rest on November 28, 2025 at the Black Star Square (Independence Square), Accra.

“The funeral activities will start at 6 a.m. at Independence Square with the arrival of the cortege,” Oheneba Abayie told journalists.

The family extended heartfelt gratitude to Ghanaians for the outpouring of sympathy and support following her passing.

Nana Konadu Agyeman-Rawlings died on October 23 at the Greater Accra Regional Hospital (Ridge Hospital) at the age of 76.
