Information reaching ThinkNews Online indicates that a former contestant of the National Science and Maths Quiz (NSMQ), Francis Tetteh has been reported dead.
According to sources, Late Tetteh passed unto glory after battling cancer.
The deceased was a former student of Chemu Senior High School in Tema.
It is emerging that the unfortunate incident occurred on Saturday 10th April 2021.
Sources have revealed that the deceased was pursuing his PhD in Mechanical Engineering at the York University in Canada until the death laid its icy hands on him.
He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with First Class (Honours) in Materials Science and Engineering at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) in Kumasi.
The sudden demise has left lots of followers of the contest pouring out their condolence messages.
