The Association of African Albinos (A.A.A) says it has with immediate effect officially denounced and expelled its Ghanaian member, Moses Foh-Amoaning over what they call a violation of human rights and championing hate against Lesbians, Gays, Bisexuals, Transgenders (LGBTQ) in Ghana.
According to the organization, they sincerely apologize to the LGBTQIA+ community of Ghana and across the continent for its member's inhuman treatment, hate and violence propagated.
In a communique sighted by ThinkNews Online and signed by the President of the Association, V.F Sesom Hofamn, it said "We hereby repudiate all policies associated with Moses Foh-Amoaning and declare our stands against his homophobic actions and goals. LGBTQIA+ rights are human rights and their lives matter just as Albino lives matter"
The communique also added that it cannot express its disappointment in Mr. Foh-Amoaning's agenda adding that it empathizes with the LGBTQIA+ community on the discrimination it has suffered.
