ABLEKUMA WEST CONSTITUENCY: “I Will Sweep The Remaining 2 Polling Centers Come December 7” – Ursula

The Member of Parliament for Ablekuma West, Ursula Owusu-Ekuful says she is confident that constituents in the constituency will retain her as well as President Akufo-Addo in power after the December Polls.

According to her, although her constituency is a stronghold of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), she will ensure, she secure the remaining two centres who have never voted for the party.

Addressing Journalist at the reopening of the refurbished Dansoman Children’s park, the MP said “We have been around the country, the opposition is trying to make its voice heard but people have already made their decision. The vast majority of Ghanaians are poised to maintain the NPP and majority of us in parliament

“I am confident that based on the work we have done on our track record and the way we have been able to deliver on the majority of our promises, Ghanaians will decide that even for those who have not voted for us before. The programme we have implemented has touched lives of many people” she added.

Reacting to the provision of equipment to the Ghana Metrological Agency, she mentioned that within the last four years, the Akufo-Addo government has been able to furnish the organization with lots of tools.

Speaking on the refurbishment of the Children’s park at Tunga, Madam Ursula disclosed she took up the task to refurbish it since it has not seen any maintenance.

She said “It was constructed over 20 years ago and it was in a deplorable state particularly the children’s playground. Most the play items were broken and yet the children were still playing on it. For the past three or four years I have been trying to get some companies to help us refurbish ut we did not succeed”

She assured parents that proper maintenance and security will be provided to allow the children play freely without fear or dangers.
