Shatta Michy has revealed that breaking up with Shattawale was not a mistake but a waste of her youth.

According to her, although they are no longer together, she has learned a lot of things.

Speaking on an Accra-based television station, she said " Both of us together was never a mistake We were making history back to back. I learned a lot of things. It was not a mistake but a waste of my youth"

She further explained that anytime the public heard they had broken up, it was real and not for showbiz attention.

"I was homeless at a point. Between 17 to 25, other girls were enjoying life But for me to try and build something with someone and it didn't go well. I have learned my lessons with friends, men among others"

Shatta Michy also hinted that having her son, Majesty with Shattawale was a blessing.

"I have gone back to school. I want my son to look at me and feel proud. If I become someone, it should be for my son" she added.

Shatta Michy also revealed that she does not bear any grudges with Shattawale.
