"EIU Is Not Credible" - Peter Otukonor

The Deputy General Secretary of the largest opposition party, National Democratic Congress (NDC), Peter Boamah Otukonor has hit back at that the Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU), saying the research and analysis group is not credible.

In an interview monitored by ThinkNews Online, he said "I have my own position about the EIU reports, I think they are not credible enough"

Mr. Otukonor further lashed the EIU adding they can not use guess work and conjectures in analyzing political situation or economic situation.

He advised political strategists in the country not to subscribe to them stressing EIU do not provide any credible recommendations.
